As the numo executive assistant you’ll play an essential role in supporting a growing and dynamic team. We’re seeking a highly detailed oriented, high energy team member that thrives in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. For the ideal candidate we are able to consider flexible work arrangements with the ability work remotely for a portion of each week.

You represent the numo brand, often serving as the first impression welcoming future partners, team members, and visitors. You anticipate the needs of team members and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise. The ideal candidate is innately organized, excited to take on all types of tasks and eager to be hands-on to keep our company running smoothly.


  • Support the team with common administrative tasks like calendaring, trip planning and team travel as well as many common executive assistance needs for the leadership team.
  • On-boarding, off-boarding, and paperwork to support recruiting efforts.
  • Manage office facilities and vendors, order office supplies and food/drinks and handle all mail.
  • In conjunction with Finance, prepare annual budget forecasts for the Office Management-related cost centers. Assure spending throughout the year is consistent with the budget/reforecast.
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable. Draft invoices and collect / track payments
  • Plan/execute events that promote company culture and recognize milestone achievements, including happy hours and birthdays.
  • Occasionally be available outside business hours for security issues/questions.


  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and accounting and/or AP software
  • 2+ yrs experience managing fast paced environment
  • Experience in an Office Manager role is required; Executive/Administrative Assistant experience a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Through academic and corporate partnerships, we source our project ideas by understanding immediate business challenges at our parent company PNC Bank. We work directly with staff inside the bank to build products that will create immediate value for PNC & we architect those products so that they can be spun off into standalone companies.
